现任yl23411永利研究员、永利集团麦戈文脑研究所研究员,博士生导师。易莉研究员于2003年毕业于永利集团心理学系(现yl23411永利),获学士学位。2007年获美国杜克大学心理与神经科学系发展心理学硕士学位,2009获该系博士学位。2009年6月加入中山大学心理学系,先后担任讲师及副教授。2015年2月入职永利集团心理学系(现yl23411永利)。
易莉研究员的研究主要关注孤独症儿童的社会认知缺陷及其机制。研究成果发表于Child Development(2019), Journal of Abnormal Psychology(2018,2020), Developmental Science(2020), Autism Research(2016,2017,2020,2021)等发展心理学与临床心理学期刊,并获得了教育部高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖(青年成果奖)。
担任Autism Research期刊副主编,《心理科学》《应用心理学》杂志编委。

易莉课题组主要从事孤独症谱系障碍领域的研究,特别关注孤独症儿童的社会信息加工等方面的障碍及其心理病理机制,并致力于开发可以用于孤独症辅助诊断和治疗的新型辅助手段。主要包括以下几个方向的研究:
1. 结合神经心理学手段,探讨孤独症儿童信息加工模式(社会注意、情绪理解、唤醒模式、感知觉等方面)的异常及其神经生理机制;
2. 探讨孤独症高危婴幼儿的早期发展轨迹,并寻找早期生物标记物,开发辅助孤独症的早期筛查的客观手段;
3. 综合运用神经心理手段,探讨孤独症行为和神经方面的异质性,并进行孤独症和其它相似疾病的鉴别以及孤独症群体内的异质性,以辅助精准诊断和治疗。
特殊群体需要全社会的关注。人往往抗拒跟大家不一样的人,所以,对特殊人群的关注、理解和支持是难能可贵的。欢迎真正关心特殊孩子并有志于改善他们的困境,而不是仅仅想拿学位、发论文的员工加入我们实验室。
